Diocese of Uvira has the following projects its currently undertaking
- Construction of the New cathedral which is currently under construction
- St. Paul Orphanage is also under construction.
- Manufacturing of Reusable Sanitary Pads and other sanitary products.
- Construction of St. Michael Nursery school (A kindergarten school).
- Construction of Notre Dame primary school
- Live Mass broadcasting on Catholic Radio.( Armor of God Catholic Radio Network).
- Catholic Deaf Ministry:- Support and construction of the All Saints Deaf School is also undergoing
